The Process
We locate, evaluate and negotiatethe right vehicle on your behalf.
The same five stages every time. What changes is the car and the conversation, never the standard.
Every search is personallymanaged, end to end.
Five stages, in the same order every time. What changes is the car and the conversation, never the standard.
Stage 01
Define the Search
We start with a conversation, not a form. What the car is for matters as much as what it is. By the end we have a written brief: specification, tolerances, budget, timing, and what you are willing to compromise on — which is usually the part that decides whether a search succeeds.
You stop scrolling listings at eleven at night.
Stage 02
Access the Network
The public market is only part of the market. Dealer consignment, trade inventory, collection disposals and owners who have not yet decided to sell all sit outside it. Those conversations happen quietly and they happen on the phone.
You see cars that were never advertised.
Stage 03
Inspect and Evaluate
Every candidate is inspected by an independent specialist before it is taken seriously — paint depth, undertray, service continuity, accident history, options against the build sheet. Findings come to you in full, including the ones that end the conversation.
You never buy a car nobody has looked under.
Stage 04
Negotiate and Secure
Negotiation is handled at arm's length, which is worth more than any technique. The seller does not know how much you want it. Terms, deposit, contract and title are agreed before anything is committed.
You are not the one on the phone arguing about a number.
Stage 05
Deliver with Precision
Enclosed transport as standard, insured, with a named driver and a delivery window that suits you. The car arrives washed, fuelled and with its documents in order — at home, at the office, or at the airport.
You take delivery once, properly.
Straight answers
The questions worth asking a broker.
If any of these are answered vaguely by anyone else you speak to, that is useful information in itself.

- How are you paid?
- A fee agreed in advance, before any search begins. It does not change according to what you buy or what it costs, which is the only arrangement under which the advice can be genuinely independent.
- Do you take money from dealers?
- No. We are not paid by sellers, lenders or transport companies. If we introduce you to a specialist lender or a shipper, we take nothing from the introduction.
- What if you cannot find the car?
- Then we say so. Some briefs cannot be met at the budget or in the timeframe, and it is better to hear that in week one than in month four. Where a brief is impossible, we say what would make it possible.
- Do I have to see the car before buying it?
- You are welcome to, always. Most clients do not, which is precisely why every candidate is inspected by an independent specialist first and the findings come to you in full.
- What happens if the inspection finds something?
- You are told, including when it ends the deal. Cars are declined on inspection findings regularly. That is the part of the process you are actually paying for.
- How long does a search take?
- It depends entirely on the brief. A well-specified modern car might take a fortnight. An unrestored, correctly optioned collector car can take a year, and should.
Every search is personally managed from first conversation through final delivery.
