What we hold,and why.

Only what you type into a form, and only when you press submit:

• Your name, email address and telephone number.
• What you told us about the vehicle you want, or the one you are moving on.
• Budget, timing, location and delivery destination, where you provided them.
• Anything written in a free-text field.

Multi-step forms save your progress in your own browser so you can return to them. That draft never leaves your device until you submit, and it is deleted on submission or after fourteen days.

• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• No cookies are set for marketing purposes.
• One cookie is set, and only if you sign into the client portal. It records that you entered a passphrase, nothing more, and expires after eight hours.
• Photographs are not uploaded from this site. Files are requested later by secure link.

To answer you. Enquiries go to Brandon and are used to run the search or evaluation you asked for. Details are not sold, rented, traded with dealerships, or added to a marketing list.

Where a search requires it, limited information may be shared with an inspecting specialist, a transport company or a lender you have asked to be introduced to. Your name is not given to a seller during negotiation, which is one of the reasons for using a broker at all.

Active enquiries are held for as long as the search runs and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a client returning a year later does not have to start again. You can ask for that to end at any point.

Ask, and we will tell you what is held about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no process to navigate — get in touch and it is done.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Write to us and we will honour them.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and validated on the server. Portal sessions use an httpOnly, same-site cookie. No payment details are collected anywhere on this site.

If this notice changes materially, the change will be described here rather than quietly substituted.
